BOP hoses are mainly designed to connect blowout preventers and control systems in oil rigs, and to transport energy resources and other media in combustible environments. The BOP hoses have three types which are respectively wrapped by a layer of NBR/PVC, metal and PU.

Features
The reinforcement layer of the drilling hose adopts imported high-strength steel wires.
The BOP hoses’ inner rubber layer, made with our special formula, is wear-resistant and can withstand the corrosion of water, gas and oil as well as extreme weathers. The formula can be adjusted based on transported contents.
The hose couplings adopt anti-corrosively and thermally treated 45K/60K materials in line with the working pressure and environment. With identical bore diameters, the couplings can be connected to the tube without leading to choked and eddy flows and cut loss.
The fire resistance layer adopts our company’s patented technologies, supporting the hoses to work for at least five minutes under the rated pressure and in the 705℃ fire.
The outer layer adopts different materials, metal, PU or NBR/PVC, anticorrosive, wear-resistant and antistatic.
